I received a call from HN two days back to ask if I would like to self-collect at Millenia Walk today or enjoy delivery on 20/11. I opt for Friday delivery. A few hours later got another call that delivery is delayed to Sat. I said ok. Today got another call to say they made a mistake and couldn't give me a new date. very badly handled.
