I got my set already and my PO controller from Hachi still no sound no picture, when it’s already available at other retailers. Wrote to their customer care and got the template apology.

Separately, hope the retailers can get in a steady flow of preorder stock now, even if it’s progressive, so that the scalpers and flippers can KNS.

Haha.. indeed, the experience hasn't been pleasant so far. Can't fulfil delivery despite being 1st batch preorder and no email or anything until we emailed/checked with online CSO..

Given the global shortage, I went ahead to order mine. I know their CSO is not good. But I would rather get a legit set than from those scalpers.

Says order fulfillment will be from 3rd week of December. Well if I do manage to grab one earlier, I will try to cancel that order.

My advise is to avoid TOG. I was under 2nd batch with Gameresort and they bumped up mine to launch set right after the announcement for more sets given.

Has anyone experienced crashes or consoles getting 'bricked'? I got mine yesterday, played 8 hours and installed some ps4 games, no crashes or glitches. I think the US first wave is damn jialat after watching their fail videos on utube LOL.

But there is definitely this one glitch lah when switch on the console for the very first time. After they ask u do some screen brightness adjustments, the console will be stuck at blank screen. I advice to resstart the console and it will be normal again.

Also, do update the console, controller and games (especially ps4 ones) first before playing for a smoother experience.

P.S.
TOG just announced their 3rd wave today, so pretty sure the rest of the retailers will follow suit.

Got the same glitch you mentioned. i still thought console issue or what.
