Just got a call from Courts, they're expecting shipment coming around Christmas, so might have to wait a bit while longer for collection.

think Sony's priority are for those Games retailers. come to think of it, who will usually consoles/gaming stuff from Best Denki/Harvey Norman/Courts.

plus they are big organization who has to fulfill other customer's orders like TV/Fridge/WashingMachine and stuffs also. PS5 is jus another $749 to them probably.

er... I dont understand..or am I missing out something. We bought physical copy from gameshop where they get stock from Epicsoft, they got our money. Why on earth did they ask us to reach out to the publisher?

Epicsoft should refund the customers (us) and deal with the publisher in a single go (accumulating all the refund transactions during this period).

Epicsoft wash their hands off this responsibility ah?

Anyone having issues with Lan cable connections? It works randomly. Sometimes the "Lan cable is connected" notification pops up multiple times in a few seconds. Most of the time, wired connection simply does not work. I have to resort to using the wifi.

What I've tried:
Restarting router / modem
Using different lan cables

Are you connected directly to the router or through a datapoint on the wall. If the latter, try another device and see if you have the same issue, that would indicate the data point could be faulty

Credit to michaelosz for this, but a real solution may have been found. This isn't a hardware problem, but rather an issue with the ports the PS5 wants to use compared to your firewall and/or router settings. The solution is: manually assign an IP address in your PS5's network settings, making sure you know of an available IP to use, your default gateway and subnet mask; open your router's settings page in a browser, find the PS5 in your router's list of connected devices, then assign it the same static IP as above; finally, enable DMZ in your router settings and add the PS5's new static IP address to the list of DMZ devices. This will give the console full unfiltered access to the internet. Reboot both the router and console. I did this two days ago, have played ~8 hours since then and haven't had a single problem. I used to have constant problems with the console thinking the LAN cable was spontaneously connecting and disconnecting, but now my connection is completely solid and fast. My guess is the PS5 wants to maintain an internet connection using ports that some routers block with default security settings, but leaving it completely open has fixed the issue for me.

Anyway just sharing this guide hope it helps. Seen some ppl have similar problems managed to solved their issue on the reddit post. Some did not.

I just use a pop filter. Foam ones from shopee/lazada.

Using a cardioid mic helps too. Cardioid mic only takes in the voice signal from a near spot at the mic. I using the razer blackshark v2 pro and it has a cardioid mic. I have an industrial fan blowing behind me and my mates said they can hear me clearly with no wind sound.
