no, i preorder from my neighbourhood shop , War Game in amk yesterday
i put 50 dollars deposit.... w

but i am doubtful they will have the stock when days come

Very briefly after 11am, Toys and Games listed the items for $50 preorder on their website. It was sold out within a few minutes.

Courts listed the items at 11.13am. The issue with Courts' listing was that you have to use specific search words. If you use the term "Playstation 5", it won't show up. You have to use terms "Playstation-5" or "Playstation+5".
Plenty of stock until someone here posted the link online at 11.30am. From then, it was sold out within 10 minutes. I saw a brief display "50 sets left" on the disc edition at 11.30am, so it probably meant at least 50 sets were available.

Harvey Norman also listed the items briefly for sale, but I wasn't sure when it started listing it. When I checked at 11.40am, the disc edition was sold out, and "45 people bought this today" was displayed. The digital edition came back in stock at 11.50am, then was out of stock in an instant. Shortly after, the item pages were brought down. I stopped monitoring after this.

Hachi.tech listed theirs late and someone posted the link here.
Didn't see Best Denki, Gain City listed any for preorder.
Didn't monitor Qisahn or Play-E store.

Wow thanks for the observations. Seem like Sony starts first officially and the others do it at their own time. Courts one by the time I saw the link it was sold out.

Hachi.tech seems like was initially for early access? The one shared by the bro here was meant for early-access so maybe that's why they didn't list it out.

Yah I tried best & gain and didn't see any - maybe they go by early access also. I didn't see Harvey either.

Gamewerks was sold out even before it started- apparently some people had placed the deposit from months back and the allocation was only just enough for the super-super-early pre-orders

Toy and Game near my house 'best'. :s22: Theirs was listed as an offline pre-order store.

After trying for 20 mins at home, went to their outlet near my place. Reached before they opened, only 1 person in the q.

Asked the staff there, he had no idea about any pre-order, said no instructions from management and asked me to do it online.

Yup, Gamewerks i only got their FB reply saying i got ur info when registering my interest.

Till now, no sound from them. Guess they already have more than enough pre-order from those regulars thus nv pin too much hope on them.

Yea, problem with chain stores on the ground is that latest news always does not get disseminate properly. Either staff nv read up or management nv do their job.

Yah same as me. I left my details ytd morning - they didn't ask for my email and only asked again later - and their fb post just said that they were awaiting pricing from Sony Singapore.

Ytd evening I checked that same fb post and they had edited it to say their launch day release all full already. So I dropped another PM to check if I was in.

They said sorry and shortly after that today morning they updated that their initial early pre-orders - whose post I missed - was already fulfilled by initial pre-allocation.

yah I guess if you're a regular there you can pre-order early. To be fair, they are a nice shop & friendly too. Just that their regulars must have choped it early + limited allocation to them probably since they're just a shop and not a major retailer

to those who wanna try ordering online, I received an email from Sony last night that says everyday (from 18th to 22nd Sept) at 11am limited stocks will be released on its store online [nothing about the physical store].

Might be worth camping there. Today they opened it at 10:59am

Pre-ordered standard edition from Qisahn. Apparently their next stock arrival is mid-dec :eek:

Yea, if want to get it earlier, check out the major retailer instead as they usually have more allocation.

Popular game store sure have alot of pre-orders now to fulfill.
