Nope. it requires 2x display port ot utilise 4k 144hz. PS5 need hdmi2.1 to utilise 4k 120hz. On top of that it's only HDR 400. You'll only get 4k 120hz on this monitor

RE Village Demo Mini Review:

1. FPS is pretty stable on PS5 with and without RT.
2. Maximum performance on PS5 is 4K HDR @ 60 FPS (RT off).
3. Image quality is just average especially when you take a close look at those objects.
4. Environment is much bigger than RE7.
5. The game feels like RE 4 in many ways (briefcase item box, merchant, treasures and the environment).
6. New enemies' movement are very fast.
7. Ethan can block and counter back now.
8. Ethan moves faster now.
9. Ethan feels more prepared and more emotional this time.
10. There are knife, handgun, shotgun, mine in the demo.
11. You can use the flour to stun the enemies.

I was contemplating of buying the media remote. May not be of much use as I am now using the LG C9 TV, with most apps already in the TV, unless the media remote is better than the LG magic remote (which is unlikely), I can’t think of any good justification to buy it.

charging station is worth for convenience. plenty of 3rd party ones out there also.

for remote control, i don't really see the point? since the controller can handle everything.

actually i wonder if we can ever do wireless charging for the controller?

Cannot display 4k 120hz as it only has hdmi 2.0.

I dont recall ps5 having QHD resolution so can't advice on that.

frm reading this prism monitor specs...firstly this monitor is hdmi 2.0.
since its 144hz, at hdmi 2.0 hitting 1080p at 120fps shld be no problem, but for any higher resolution wth 120fps wld definitely need a hdmi 2.1 display/monitor.
this prism model, need to doublecheck if its hdmi port rlly support 120hz.
BTW currently ps5 dont have any true 4k/120fps games at all.
in the very long long future might have. what ps5 have is only a handful of 1080/1440p + 120fps games.

so i guess a i should only go for a cheaper monitor that can either display 4k with 60hz or 1080p/QHD with 144hz based on the range of prism monitors that are available

ok let me c... for monitor display 4k with 60hz is just nice.
but takeaway is cnt play a 120fps game.

for monitor display QHD with 144hz, ALL your ps4/ps5 games resolution will be downscaled to 1080p, as i dont think ps5 have the 1440p resolution option to choose yet, need to check ltr.

like i mention, most games on ps5 now the new is 4k60. the 4k in the game is actually native (1440p,1880p etc) being upscaled. but to activate this resolution, MINIMUM you need a 4k monitor/display.

but again, all this is rlly dpnd on yr spending. if gt any good deal, c which one works fr you.


EDIT: found out recent news tt ps5 dont have 1440p resolution option yet. but xbox seriex have 1440p option.

30-mins time limit is unnecessary & not much time to explore. Even in pause menu, the timer continue to countdown & doesn't stop, which is abit ridiculous.

An easy workaround is to download both version (PS5 demo + PS4 demo) on the same console. You'll get 1 hour total playtime.

Run out of time in my 1st try, but manage to complete it in 2nd playthrough. Looking forward to try the Castle section next once it goes live on Sunday.
