so far some sales for 1tb category I can find from SGD$18x - $23x (corsair the cheapest at $18x, aorus, wd, firecuda).

for 2tb category I always find deals around SGD$32x - $36x (corsair, wd, samsung)
firecuda hard to go below $400 or even $350.

Those range considered good deals. For 1tb, below $230 is good price. For 2tb, below $400 is discount... under $350 is best.

I know ps5 have this capability of playing ps4 games

let say example if I were to get a fifa ps4 version to be play on my ps5 any diff?

But if you buy PS5 version you can download either PS4 or PS5 version, which is 2 separate games.

some local stores here trying to sell the console bundle with their unwanted games. the games usually those 10 to 20 dollars type that nobody will buy then marked up the price of each games.
