Also grabbed the Arctis 7P as they are infinitely more comfortable than the Pulse 3D Headset (which I also have had since last week from Amazon US).

The Pulse 3D is uncomfortable, hot and has a generally poorer sound profile. Especially not good for those who wear glasses. I'd say the small price increase for any of the Arctis sets is worth it if you're looking for something that sounds relatively good, has low latency and is comfortable / heat-resistant earpads. Plus, the Arctis 7 will work with your Switch and any other USB-C devices.

I called them today and scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I received SMS and Email from them too after calling.

Yea, we kenna screw big time by them, cannot even advise if tomorrow delivery is on or not, just keep asking to look out for email...

Seems like the case... saw from Facebook of people who received the email from hachi tech were from the preorder batch on 16/10 (2nd batch). Seriously wondering if there’s something wrong with their system.

I also ordered a Pixel 4A from them and they said it will be delivered tomorrow. After a few minutes package arrived on my doorstep lol.
