I pre-ordered from Hachi on 18th Sep, and I'm getting mine delivered tomorrow.

I think i was one of the early birds, coz i was at a Challenger outlet once it opened and the staff helped me to scan a QR code for the 'secret URL' to purchase a set. Subsequently someone else shared the 'secret URL' here.

I said 'secret URL' because there was no way of finding the PS5 on Hachi's website that day; the only way to find was through that URL

Mine has always shown delivery to be on 19th November ever since I did the PO on 18th September.

From what I read online, at least one person has had their order details on the Courts app updated with the timing of the delivery. For me, no timing specified but I called them and the lady asked me to verify all my details before telling me the timing allocated to me. Timing given was also the same as what I was told when I enquired on their live chat service in the app.

Yeah I ordered Sep 19 from Harvey Norman. If they keep sending generic emails "late December-March" I will cancel order and by in some other store when available. I will wait for couple a days and ask: what is my order on the list, and can they guarantee delivery before New Year. If not, I am taking my money back, have PS4 anyway...

Called them yesterday evening, they mentioned the stocks only arrive today and they will notify the customers once they have the stocks ready today.

How to take it up? Tried calling in challenger hotline, was ensured order will be fulfill from 19 Nov and was directed to live chat for hachi tech support.

Then on live chat, was again ensure no stock issue that order will be fulfill from 19 nov and wait for the disbatch email, lol.

Shall see by today got any news or miracle delivery appear suddenly. Strange to see some of us here ordered via the secret link on 18 Sept got notification but some don't have.

I have the C9, there has been no stutter issues from the beginning for those sets ever since the 4K 120Hz VRR black screen fix in the latest firmware last month.

Finally, I can verify later on if 1st Party games from Sony like Spiderman Miles Morales does or do not have VRR.
