Uk PS5 pre-order also got drama, people paid for priority shipping but still get it late. Retailer point finger to courier, courier say it is already make known that they have limited capacity to the fulfillment partner who work with the retailer. All in all the same pattern, take $$ first, worry abt fulfillment later.

Mine at TOG too was asking to take photos too. Everyone seemed to be okay. I had no issues with it.

It just forward you to playstation hk instead for warranty registration after u login.
It's weird but I am able to find the store's name I got my PS5 from and able to successfully registered product.

Yeah it's the same link, still not working. My friend did the same and he successfully registered his.
