They are selling at higher than Sony's price also even if you can grab, not worth lah. They are acting like scalpers themselves. Should report them to Sony.

Let me break down for you

Sony selling $149 for free delievery (No stock so you wait or you go down and get).
Court will do FREE delivery with purchase above $200 ( Read FAQ) or self collect (if nearby your area got court outlet).
TOG got stock but only Bugis+, Causeway Point, JEM, Jurong Point, Plaza Singapura and Waterway Point.
They can transfer the stuff for you to their nearest outlet (upon req) but need to travel down.
Shopitree got stock but at west area. (ALL SELLING SRP)

I staying at east area and if need to go above these area, i need to take 1 feeder bus to station and board the train. *FYI*

Yup, RE Village on PS store includes both PS5 & PS4 versions

Yes, you paid only $2.40 above RRP but something to note: the coins/vouchers you spent are also money which could have been used on other things. Did you save those coins from previous purchases? Maybe you could have used that amount to get a discount for a game instead.

Yup, both can play at the same time since the PS4 & PS5 versions are technically separate games
