Try KrisShop as shared by others here. I got a call from them earlier this week that a plain vanilla disc set (without any bundled games) has been reserved for me. I first emailed them 6 months ago.

If u got a PS4 lying around and if u need to get rid of it, can try trade in with Qisahn. Need to contact them on Carousell first. Traded in a PS4 Pro, 2 controllers and some old games and got the horizon package at 480+

sony very slow. try local game stores like tog, gamextreme etc. they seems to have more stocks than sony.

Yes, suddenly cannot be detect. The ps5 will hang also. I search reddit, seems like a common issue for many people.
Some say is ps5 issue but I plug in the ssd into my pc, it can't detect also. So good luck.

Don't know but I will surely skip firecuda cos the rma process too problematic. Cannot trigger rma online (FYI, I bought the ssd from Seagate shopee), have to call and email many times to the operators in India. In my heart, I know this time die bird stand liao.
Took me almost 2 weeks to get the rma number. Now waiting for them to mail me the ssd. Don't know have to wait how long. The quality n after service not worth the premium paid.
