Recently I can't pay on taobao desktop using credit card.. Why is this so?

Hi All, may I know how do u guys choose to buy from which taobao seller?

1. Base on rating Hearts -> diamonds -> blue crown -> gold crown.

2. Base on buyer review. Some rating high seller but product only few review, but low rating got 1000+ review.

3. Number of Fans

Some forwarder will reject white powder substance.
I tried importing whey and goat milk kena rejected at warehouse, have to pay postage back and refund. Sibei mafan

If just abit for personal usage then no issue with the shipping usually with 3pl.

got any way to contact the cainiao warehouse for direct Air shipping anot?? cos if u use the taobao live chat they will say warehouse is not under their care... having issue for one of my item

Anyone tried refunding/returning with success on Taobao? First time received item doesn’t fit with the description. Should i PM the seller first or just proceed with refund with Taobao? Thank you in advance for any valuable advice

xx company is combined and weight cbm but i wont able to know how much i ship till i ship out but can ask roughly cbm

unless u got bulky item > 0.6 cbm, then ezship.
else other shipping company simi xx company o.o?

then using official free shipping is another good way to save money.
e.g i shipped my massager for $120 via ezship, but if i have use the official free shipping...only $100

If item reach warehouse has issues warehouse will inform seller and seller will pm you on taobao app. Seller may get warehouse to contact you at your contact number. My item got rejected by cainiao warehouse and whatsapp suddenly got contacted. Have to refund and forgo domestic shipping.

PM the seller first. I ordered 10 items seller only sent 8 items. Took photo of seller's package label which actually indicated they packed less the 2 items and submitted directly for refund on taobao. Seller immediately rejected refund request and pm chat to check. Provide same photo to seller and after seller check on their end said okay to proceed refund and reapplied approved refunded back to card.

I use the phone app, go to my order, then tap on “查看物流“ followed by ”物流客服“ at the top right. So far, they responded to my questions even when the parcel was in the warehouse.

With 1cbm, 1 by 1 is more you hua. More accurate.

if stack together and measure, it is unfair way to measure. even it is bulk items, all come in diff shape and sizes (u cannot control how they stack or how the seller pack).....certainly they will charge more than 1 by 1 measuring or ezbuy x 1.1 rates.....

if the seller suka suka give u 1 freebies....1 bamboo pole etc..... u see how much they add to your shipping costs :X
