you see ah, normally when yr orders arrived at the warehouse, it will be under submit to ship here right?

but under the new format the item that arrived at the warehouse is shown as this :

it just says signed by oversea warehouse but theres no option to submit to ship!

Woah didn't noe they changed the interface. Last I submitted was 16/07 and it was the old format. Let us noe how it goes if u r using the app

For the TB phone app, have tried to add a 2nd CC for payment but it appears cannot be done

Anyone can confirm there can only be 1 active CC stored in the app any anytime?

cainiao compensation

Helloo! here to seek help!

So after bugging the cso everyday, taobao verify with cainiao that my parcel is confirm lost. So they ask me to apply for compensation from cainiao and transferred the chat to cainiao cso.

Cainiao cso told me that there is no information from their side so they said that they will verify and get back to me.....

Anyone encounter the same problem before?? or have received compensation from them before??

Cainiao cso told me that there is no information from their side so they said that they will verify and get back to me.....

I tell u like cainiao... is really cainiao. Cmi... my case was that they kept on sending my parcel here and there in China and not sending out to Singapore... i ask the seller he ask me why I used cainiao n not another courier they said professional... i said is taobao arrange wan.... in the end cainiao cannot do so refund... at first the seller wants to charge me for the cancellation I insist not my fault and ask him dun charge me... refund item and the intl freight... u hv to click their app for the refund... troublesome... i called taobao singapore then to help with the process...

Omg, I highly think mine is lost too. Could be the same batch it reached SG on 5 Jul 2020 and I have yet to receive the package...
how long have you waited?

This is my first time experiencing this so... can’t advise much. Would probably need your help later on.

UPDATE: status changed to delivered for my parcel but I didn’t receive anything. after several spams on LMD website, they finally replied me to say that the parcel is missing. Woah!

I had a missing parcel from my consolidated shipping once but it was quite long ago. As long as its verified that cainiao lost the package, buyer will be refunded full amount. I was compensated with a hongbao which offset my next purchase. Just be patient.

From my years shopping in TB, I only encountered missing parcel once.

Then their system purged my purchase from their history because it's more than 6 months.

Any ideas if there are any other partners for cainiao(Dexi) Sea apart from LMD & Roadbull? As i have a sea shipment which arrived on 20th July. Initial tracking on Dex-i website(http://www.dex-i.com/querytracks?tracknow=new) showed "派送代理:" as Dex-i themselves. But since it's arrival in SG, somehow the bottom "派送代理:" disappeared. Any have experience with this?

I think the 派送代理 will only appear after the parcel has been picked up by LMD in Singapore. If it’s just at 清关/清关完成 stages, it probably won’t show. This happens to my parcels too.

Thanks! Yeah, since Monday, is still at "包裹目的地清关中" till today. Have spoken to the CSO and was inform that DEX-i is the one who will send after unstuffing. not handing over to anyone else. A bit puzzled as well.

Assume dimensions of 34cm * 22.5cm * 39cm, possible to ship by air?

I don't have to pay by volumetric weight, since it's only ~2-3kg.

are dc power bricks allowed to be shipped?
