for me I bought something with battery and the seller informed me that they will be shipping the item without battery as warehouse will reject if got battery.

Anyone encounter items that cannot be added into cart on app (saying Cannot be shipped to your region blah blah) but on desktop can add and pay?

Also, I asked my friend to access same link on her app, her app can add to cart and purchase without the Cannot be shipped error message...

So it is not a app vs desktop problem in general... it's my app vs other people's app.... which is so weird....

I reinstalled, and removed and added .y address again, still cannot...

This is not weird. This is about the default shipping address configuration （默认地址） in your profile. It is very obvious that your default shipping address is Singapore or any other non-mainland China address (eg Malaysia etc) which is shipped by cainiao too. Your friend default shipping address shall be any china mainland address (most likely is guangzhou or dongguan or shenzhen because a lot of shipping agents are located at those areas)

actually most tech products don't join 30 off 200 promos

but some shop will give shop voucher during the promos period.
