How many items in the cart are you consolidating ? Allow me to offer a theory. What you could do is to check through your past orders. You need to figure out how many items you have consolidated previously. If you expand “查看更多订单信息” , you can see 创建时间 and 付款时间。From these records , you can see how long your typical orders take to complete. I know for sure the more sellers I order from, the slower the completion. Just not sure if I order 5 items from one seller and 2 from another seller, would this be slower than ordering 1 item each from 2 sellers. Coupled with @dexboi post on how to check the timing of the last cashback order, you can plan how many items to order to win the cashback. Happy analyzing and good luck.

My fastest transaction in Singapore is at 8 seconds. I placed 2 orders in ChengDu recently and they were at 5-6 seconds. I speculate orders placed in Beijing, Shanghai and ShenZhen should be faster than ChengDu.

Once Taobao update your item has been delivered, you go back to EK Link to check the items are received.
Then you need to fill in the values of the goods and what is their nature
From what I can tell you can store items in the China warehouse for 60 days for free and they provide service to crate and box your items too,
The website seems quite straight forward and you can contact them via Whatsapp.

I haven't ship anything so that's all I have for now

can I ask how to order from jd.com easily from SG? Taobao makes it easy with their cainiao app but does JD has anything equivalent or you will have to ship to a forwarder. Also does JD take sg credit card?

Is Taobao Direct Air Shipping option generally faster than Amazon? My orders made from Amazon U.S, usually takes 4-5 days to arrive. I'm wondering why 2 of my Taobao orders are still stucked at China's Customs 6 days after placing the orders (I chose the most "fastest" option Direct Air Delivery). I ordered small sized electronic camera accessories (portable light stand, camera flash, light umbrella etc).
Seems as though Taobao is really not meant for overseas consumers.

Also noticed that when adding a product to the cart using the english version of the app, after 10-15mins, the product becomes "unavailable" and the product page of the item no longer exist. This has happened quite frequently. Not a pleasant experience.
