My humble portfolio... :)

I regret not having much cash in the past and not aggressive enough to trade in larger quantity... Moving forward, I would like to load up banking counters & a few REITS when the market corrects heavily, with views of keeping it long term for steady dividend.

Appreciate any comments or suggestions! :)

I would suggest reducing Kep infra trust......and try to get a healthcare or retail REIT as substitute ;)

I also a bit worried about KIT with the Basslink issue... but its dividend has been good. I even contemplating to get more to avg down again like what I have done in the past with cityspring. haha.... but I'm mindful not to let greed gets the better of me!

portfolio wise the 2 banks add together is around 44% of your portfolio, nearly half... so u may be over exposed in this area

maybe focus on buying the reits first so that your bank % can come down to a more balanced level of say 30%?

KIT do note that NAV is only like 35 cents yet the stock trades like 50 cents

u must ask yourself if its worth paying 15 cents so high premium for the stock or not?

Ya, my plan is slowly load up on other sectors to have a more balanced portfolio. In e meanwhile I'm Ok with overexposure to banking. Reits (especially retail) I won't touch for now cos it's really looking bleak for them. Will KIV.
