was just browsing then curious ask ask mah hehehe

anyway if key 1 less zero is big difference in all figures

be it yield on cost or returns

example this one his yield on cost very high

18-26%

keeps growing because his stocks are very good

he bought many years ago cheap cheap then the same counter keep increasing earnings/dividends

example last time buy at $1 paying 5 cents dividends, every year up dividends intial yield on cost is 5%

10 years laters the dividends per year now 20 cents, the yield on cost becomes 20%

damn power

Ok, i see where is the problem now. It calculated my average cost to be much lower than what I had in 2014-15. It should be 160K+ instead of 13-16K
