lbs - HKLand was very close to my valuation price of US6.8 so i decided to move the fund to other opportunities. Quite a decent gain of 17% over 5 months holding.

Well, to keep things simple, i would value this as any other SG property companies, i.e. cal of fair value from the balance sheet, discounted earnings & cash flow to present value etc. HKL book is US12 but to be conservative due to valuation risk, I assumed a bigger discount to the long term assets to determine the fair value.
