My strategy is very different from a lot of people in the forum.
For people who criticised me, I don't hide/fake my portfolio even my Noble in deep red, 0.112 SGD per share. Every single entry is accurate up to commission fee included.

Those are rights or warrants received coz I lend money to Olam or Noble when they are about to die.

I dunno if you can see my remarks on all those red transactions.

Well, all those threats actually come from the same person and that same person are liked and hated by a lot of other people too.

Like or don't like, I only raise red flag when I sense forumers are doing something really stupid IMO. I could be wrong or right, I just hope people can learn the danger of bottom fishing.

Dunno if you notice, I stop buying all REITs since 2013 or 2014.

I was greedy last few weeks then I clicked on everything, then I realized some numbers don't really make sense to me.

Just play around with it for the moment. I will become friend of SGX cafe after i trim my Noble holdings.

Credit card investments not leverage. It is more to saving money via credit spending. Then get cash rebate or miles to improve my lifestyle.

Leverage using credit card is another concept. interest expenses need to be recorded.

nah... I found out the difference... Under your username if you click your portfolio, then click on the report tab, you will see the avg cost. However if you click your profile under your username, you will not see the avg cost under the portfolio report section. nothing to do with setting. FYI I was referring to the avg cost of your portfolio under the dividends collected table, I am not referring to the individual counter avg cost under your portfolio.

I not very good with admin staffs. Quite painful to keep track. Nowadays I only use 1 credit card and conso all my spending in there....and the card I used is NTUC visa....yes I very uncle.

The dividend received hard to compensate for the depreciation of assets.

Unless you are really good in bottom fishing and always can get lowest price.
If you want to Fifo, there are other better stocks for you to do so.

i am not good at tracking, all my credit cards are giro, so they deduct annual fee from it i also dont know
