Pretty glad with my portfolio returns so far this year!

Day Change = (+0.53%)
P&L = (+5.62%)
P&L + Dividends = (+6.72%)
P&L + Dividends + Closed = (+9.22%)

P&L + Dividends = +280.12 (+5.58%)

My 2 mths of investment worth 5% gain. :)

Jan 2017 is a very profitable month, total P&L + Dividends + Closed = $41,845 (+5.09%)

1) Divested Keppel Corp 8400 shares @$6.26, P&L + Dividends + Closed $10,218 (+22.9%)
2) Added more Mapletree Log & Ascendas Reit

Again MCT boosted the gain.
