2 days after the Fed rate hike, REITs generally still look robust. My portfolio managed to deliver a positive 'day change' despite a red market today. All thanks to my vested REITs, especially Suntec and PLife Reit. Seems like the latest rate hike was really priced-in. :D

Yup, sometimes I really believe in karma.

He wished for Reits to crash, but in the end, his top position CDG has been slow-crashing for over a year. :o He also divested Suntec & FCT too early.

the chance of the rate hike was already 95% plus back in early November according to many analysts..

StocksCafe becoming pay to use. No longer free user friendly next year.
