Quite some time back, on IN.
Good money making scheme. First, trap the users to use. Then start charging after they have gotten used to it.

Ic. Hope he's doing well... at least we have steady income to supplement our investment ups n downs... but he has to generate good returns for his living expenses while at e same time protect his capital...
His capital is too low to generate good returns for living expenses. He may have problems fulfilling his family responsibilities. Quite a useless way to live your life in this manner. We should be responsible, be useful and earn good living for our family members in life. Does he keep a blog today?

If you read the StocksCafe's post on the matter, the website loses money and the owner tiap the difference. But yes agreed, go back to using Excel.

It is still free to use... stocks.cafe is e new website. Sgxcafe domain is no longer available. During the transition period sgxcafe will auto redirect u to the new website. Now not anymore.

quite sad honestly, i like to see the graph. but now have to login for more than 2 weeks consecutively in order to access it as freeloader... painful.

I find it useful and $35/ year still ok for me.

Yup at $35.00 per year with all the functions its value for money - think about it, for a retail investor you get almost all the information in one place plus being able to see your stocks performance and also updates on all coming divvies and earnings release and forecasts etc. Think of how much more expensive other alternatives are..... I appreciate what Stockcafe is doing for the investing community.
