This is what I do.

At the shopping cart page, select what you want to order. Then apply the vouchers (shop vouchers, shipping voucher, $10 voucher etc) to see the amount that you need to pay. Then top up shoppee pay such that the wallet has exactly this amount. Then go back redo everything again and checkout.

Because if wallet is less than this amount payable, at checkout the payment mode will not be shoppee pay and the vouchers that is applicable for shoppee pay cannot be added.

I do this as well, so that my ending ShopeePay balance is always $0.00.

I can't quite remember. I think I use coins at checkout page. Which means will have some balance left in wallet.

a few days ago 618 sale, I wanted to use this voucher but cannot work although the net amount to pay is less than my ShopeePay wallet balance after using coins. But Shopee wallet is less than amount to pay before coins.

Refund will be pro rated. Voucher will not be returned since it’s already used partially on 1 of the order.

anyone know why a certain shopee collection point even though is listed on https://spx.sg/service-point, but on the app it SOMETIMES does not appear as a selectable location?
