sad...suck thumb i had to "upgrade" my expired contract sim only $15 (promo until aug 2028) to the $19.25 enhanced lite plan in order to get the oppo x10pm for installment, they dont allow for the $15 to get phone with installment, same for my mum $6 senior plan. better than getting their stupidly expensive $35/40 sim only enhanced plan.

for the $15 plan it seems they are trying to discontinue the old price and to increase price to $20.37/mth. i receive sms for the promo. this $20 allow installment device

For my second S$15.28 line which got rejected for the recontract but got extension to August 2028 (Contract end date 10 Oct 2026), I received Singtel SMS offer twice just before the contract expire date.

1)S$20.37 offer on 1 Oct 2026

did u have any installment plans when u downgrade? bloody singtel, i wanna get the oppo x10pm 36 mths installment, last time i can get pixel 8 installment with the $15 sim only plan, now they tell me this oppo x10pm cannot, must get enhanced plans, i see enhanced core plan no contract, dont know if can "downgrade" anytime with installment

Yes, I did have. Not an issue to "downgrade".
Yes, get the no contract Core plan ah, 1 month then just change out to these $15/$19 plans.

I suspect its possible but they just refuse to/as instructed by above to push users up the payment plans instead.

S$20.37 recontract offer is the same as S$15.28 recontract offer in terms of benefits but you pay S$5.09 more per month.

i leave singtel mobile from 2024. last thursday i try to sign up this plan $19.25. this plan is 1 mth contract, FREE Caller ID for 24 mth only not 4ever

The ST PayLater is "independent" of the mobile plan one when recontracting. You kena smoke from the CS liao.
