That's my thought too, their hi! postpaid is being made to entice the current special SIM Only plan users to move over.

Probably not, I do not think there are many Singtel SIM Only S$15.28 plan users anyway, other than the users in this thread...

They are more competing with eight, SIMBA, M1 Maxx, Starhub Prepaid, etc.

Also competing with Gomo, Zym, Zero1, VIVIFI and CMLink...

I got the same offer being pushed from MySingtel app banner recently as well. Tbh, the plan at 20.37 feels overpriced considering the market offering currently.

You have to wait for the S$15.28 plan contract to expire first, port out to a different telco (say M1 Maxx) and the port back to Singtel S$12 5G Senior Plan.

Singtel $12 senior only for new sign-ups. not for existing subscribers lol.
as what others have mentioned, you might need to port out of Singtel and then port back in Singtel lol to be eligible for the Singtel $12 senior plan.
it's a waste of time, why not just jump over to $6 Senior Starhub with Passion card lol.

all these porting in/out could be prevented by simply allowing existing customers to change plans within, or add the new perks to their existing plans across the board (just like what new customers get).

idk what's the incentive the telcos have for making customers do these troublesome porting. if it's for some KPI (to show 'new' customers) it's just boliao and waste time for all parties (including the manhours needed to process).
