From what I can see, they build lightweight small vessel.

I think their products & services are not for offshore oil and gas business. This might be a good thing as anything dealing with oil & gas is DOWN.

Working in oil rig design. Rigs are generally over 100m long as they needs loads of equipment to drill for oil. Fpso is much larger than that just to store oil. I seen this penguin website and their vessels are obviously not catered for oil and gas.
