They made a loss
FA was good last time, but now going downhill, not as good as before.

revenues are going down . Profits remain flat, but faced with slight decline. cashflow is really crap. Looks like they have tons of work in progress on their balance sheet. Probably due to customer delay. Wont be surprise if suddenly they do a write down on those work in progress

most of this is cushioned by their value destruction acquisition of keppel land.

Stable financials like most REIT. TA looks good. But valuations are not attractive.
