need both TA+FA. both say buy then can buy. If only TA say buy, dont buy

For FA to change, must rely on their latest earning. So in one year, a share FA can change 4x or 2x due to release in earning.

Like that I wait till their next earning before I buy le..

Thank you wk3 Jsk xdd

dear shi fu, pls help me analyse Cogent

Privatization possibility?

http://sbr.com.sg/markets-investing/in-focus/wave-privatisations-about-hit-sgx-report

Based on OCBC’s metrics, the companies which are more likely to be delisted or taken over include offshore and marine players such as Dyna-Mac Holdings, PEC Ltd, PACC Offshore Services Holdings, Pacific Radiance, Baker Tech, Triyards, KS Energy, Mermaid Maritime, KrisEnergy, ASL Marine.

Technology firms such as Innovalues and Sunningdale Tech are also prime targets, as are property companies Wing Tai and Wheelock Properties (S).

Other likely candidates are consumer-oriented companies Parkson Retail Asia and Courts Asia, as well as firms like Banyan Tree, CWT, Cogent Holdings and Tat Hong.

@Perisher

Below is wat I gathered before I bought into Hock Lian Seng recently (should be last week).

Chance upon a few guys holding it from sgxcafe's shared portfolio. So went to dig more...

Cash-flow: +ve
Div yield: i like, even at 0.41 now, is >6%, payout 35% only.
Valuation: discount to bk, low PE.
Catalysts: more public projects expected in 2016, as announced in latest budget. The civil engr biz of HLS should benefit.

In addition, this company has 45 years history in sg (listed in 2009).

GG, as im speaking, the price just ticked up! My bullets havent fire finish yet, sian.

CD status $0.025, XD early May. Has been monitoring after i bought, higher than average volume traded daily, today as well.
