I am going to Taiwan in May, but I have no idea where to go. Can you guys give me suggestion? I been to Taipei > Tai Chung route in 2014. I was thinking of the following routes:

1) Taipei Airport > Yi Lan > Hua Lien > Taroko Gorge > Taipei Airport back

2) Kaohsiung City > Tainan > Kaohsiung City Airport back

3) Kaohsiung City > Kenting > Kaohsiung City Airport back

I have 7 days of holidays. Any suggestion other than the above? Thanks a lot!

depend on ur dates....can go Penghu, mastu or kinmen oso
from airport can oso go straight to taitung den go over to green island or orchid island for 2-3day

Btw this driver I can't comment much cos really rainy not much place to go.
However my father in law keep chatting with him while I was sleeping with motion sickness
He charge 3,000 to 3,500 for 9am - 6pm trip.
I think he is in late 50s to 60s year old.

Ytd before I came back, New reported 9 degree but actual feel at 6am is 7.5 degree. break record.

What sort of itinerary interests you ?
Otherwise will be difficult to suggest.

Flying into Taipei and flying out of Kaohsiung is not a bad idea. Then either you travel south via west coast or east coast.
