Earlier on CI was using the 320neo plane which was newer. But to cater to the higher volume, they have now switched to using the bigger but older 330.

A330 will be the red eye flight and afternoon flight will be A350. Very du lan previously BKK most flights using A320 neo and A350 now they change to A330 also

I dun really care what plane it is since I'd be sleeping. But i really like the 242 layout of the 330. No need to sit next to strangers.

Idk about economy layout for A330 but business class is 2-2-2 layout and sadly cannot convert into full flat bed which A350 and A320neo can.

i prefer starlux or eva air even though the timing sucks. but i don't really care cause these 2 airlines are good and i prefer afternoon departure

If not wrong, the Sci-fi Cosmos 2.0 is also available in economy class. Maybe will try fly with them next month
