Anyone can share any 6D5N itinerary in Taipei.
Haiz...already booked hotel in Taipei for all 5 nights liao.
Like too many days in Taipei also dunno can do what.

I am very lazy..intending to just book KLOOK App for most of the days for tourist attraction

Day1: Just landed & staying in XMD Hotel - Go Massage in afternoon - Go ShiLin Nightmarket

Day2: Klook app tour (Yeliu, Jiufen, Shifen) (expecting to take whole morning till late afternoon), Go ShiDa Night Market

Day3: Klook app YangMingShan Trip & Hot Spring bundle . Walk around XMD at night

Day4: Klook app Double Decker bus trip all around famous tourist spots , Night time go Taipei 101

Day5: XXXXXX (dont know what to do), Night time go RaoHe Night Market/WufenPu

Day6: Buy Pastries - Go Massage - Evening flight home

Anyone can recommend more things into this lazy itinerary of mine???

He can still sacrifice 1 day of hotel and go outskirts of Taipei or Hualien/Yilan/Taitung for 2D1N?

If not there are still many other places he can go like Danshui, Jilong, Beitou...?

Hualien, long day. Yilan//Taitung 2d1n not worth since total only 6d5n.
What I mean is, if hotel not book, can still go Taichung or Nantou area. Staying in Taipei alone for 6d is too long for me.

You dun have to must go touristy spots. Last 2 days just walk around taipei streets. walk to wanhua area close to xmd. walk around dongmen, etc... enjoy the vibe of taipei! This is what i enjoy doing in taipei.

Hualien, long day. Yilan//Taitung 2d1n not worth since total only 6d5n.
What I mean is, if hotel not book, can still go Taichung or Nantou area. Staying in Taipei alone for 6d is too long for me.

same thoughts. usually would stick to taipei for 4 days only ...
since been to those tourist area many times already ...

if planning to go taichung, can stay one night or two there ...
can go sml or cingjing farm

Like that you wasted your half day on travelling
Yilan alone also can't do much unless you hire driver.

I googled and it took 1.5-2 hours from Taipei to yilan? Not that long? Why not? Since he said boring to spend so many days at taipei?

E.g. from ximending to Toucheng Wushih Harbor is near 2 hrs, total trip is 4hrs exclude tour. It's worth it if you think so.
I will not do that. If I will to do this trip, will be staying a night in jiaoxi. I can do a lot more than just 4hr tour.

There's so many things to do in Taipei.

Can bike/cycle at Bali and cross over to Tamsui by ferry

Can explore Dadaocheng

Have a bagel at Four Four South Village

Visit the Shuanglian market and also have brunch at Chifeng Street

Visit the Snake Alley + Longshan Temple followed by the Bopiliao Historical Block

Can paddle a boat at Bitan or go to Wulai to see the waterfall

You can pack a small bag for an overnight
No need to drag all your stuff along

i hate changing hotels too... but sometimes boh bian one... my 15days trips consists of 6 different hotels... some of them only for a night... as some of the hotels dun have lifts... was wondering whether is it ok to leave the big luggages in the car instead?

It was my worst nightmare changing 5 hotels during my last oct trip...with young kids
Most 1 night nia except 2 nights at hualien and 4 nights at taipei
If couple trip still ok la

Yes, it is okay to leave your big luggage in the car.
No issues on that.

Do check with hotels if they have free parking for guests as well.

We are hiring driver for 11days. Supposingly he will follow us throughout the whole 11days. But dun think he will be staying in the same hotel as us...

Driver will never stay in the same hotel as you or us. They will stay in their driver hotel/minus. So your luggage will be left in the car in a much ulu place, so best to take out and keep with you or in hotel luggage storage room.

Most 1 night nia except 2 nights at hualien and 4 nights at taipei

Unless you drive in the whole trip if not, bo bian one. I'm planning to go Malaysia and hat yai on road, I don't drive. So have to move luggage around, no choice, unless just go to 1 place but no fun and not worth it.
