Huh??? Some are for sinking funds and projects. The 6m is accumulated surplus (over the years). The figures are all there in the report what.

You should be questioning why they complain about AHEPTC when they too have deficits without the govt grants and why their govt grants are so high.

Moi saw the candidate Chia Shi Lu and thought he seems rather distant and arrogant (something about the round facial shape and haughty eyes), as if he was brought up in an elite family, went to acs and all that (not generalising acs ppl).

then went to google and really he from acsi.

chia shi lu is the MP of that area. he and his entourage going around shaking people's hand

those entourage of his, running from table to table, asking people to standby: "Mp is coming over to shake your hand", arrogant as hell.

i guess looking at those running dogs, one can figure out what type of master they have

Hahahah! In my years of staying in QT, I think I know of his block visit twice. First time was a few years ago. His entourage knocked on my door and told me "MP coming, please get ready.". Ok.... so I locked the doors and went to sleep. Sheesh.

2nd time was just last month? Same thing, entourage came to inform us first but this time the lady was nicer. "MP coming to visit you. You got anything you want to talk to him about or maybe just shake hands with him?". I was cooking dinner so told them I got no issues and not available to meet him since I was hungry cos haven't eat at 8.30pm mah.

Seriously, did our PAP candidates have a rally for our GRC? I heard they went over to Radin Mas one but none for our GRC?
