his timing sucks... joseph... he charge by the hour... yet sometimes he start late of finish early, u still have to pay the full price... i quite pissed with him for this....

I made an enquiry with one of the top tattoo artist, went down n met him, he told me to email him pics and all.

Coming 2 weeks already still got no reply, whatsapp few times no response also.

Which artist are you talking about?

I feel that the pre-tattoo process will usually take months one, since most of them have a waiting list.

Seems like his rates increased. I've had sessions with him for $300/hr

He already told me earliest avail dates will be in april and im fine with that.

Will take 3-4 weeks after deposit to draft the artwork.

Right now im left hanging, not knowing if he's still willing to take up the job or im suppose to wait somemore?
