Since the 94.99 TF10 deal just passed!
I bet alot of people will be excited to receive theirs....


I know that it is a very old model but because of the deal, i think we can start a thread for it
As a TF10 owner, lets share our experience with each other...
No matter is about the tips or cables or anything regarding TF10, discuss it here!

Post short review short review here and i will compile!

Happy TF10vi user here. Got influenced by a friend of mine and bought this sometime ago. Love the sound signature. It produces a balanced sound. Bass is a bit lacking for bass-lovers though.

Came across the replacement cables (Mic and Non-Mic versions) at Stereo when I went there to get the Westone ES2 Cable.

Those with a bigger pocket and consider the Null Audio cable too.

Same here, we wanted to get DBA-02 then poisoned by TF10...
I am using ES2 cable but still not to my liking!
I wanted to get 2nd handed Null Audio Lune but did saw any when my cable broke down on the 3rd month of use(the cable got tugged when player dropped almost from chest height! then few weeks later the sound went cranky)

Tips wise... UE Double flange sound the best to me but the fit is not the best... Followed by UE grey sillicon, Olives, Shure E2C, Comply....
Yet to try monster and tri-flanges!

is the lack of bass due to the poor fit/seal? cuz if you hold it in place, it goes deep and low

Must see what sound sig you like... They change quite alot... That day i tried at jaben, so many cable, try until abit blur...
I wonder how good Lune cable sounds?

You tried TF10 before?
They products of different classes... And of cos DBA-02 is out of its class for this price range...
But TF10 will sound more fuller and more bodied as in all frequency are there... I find DBA-02 bass abit too weak...

I used the Sony Hybrid tips S size to get the best isolation just like my DBA-02.

For the cable im using the Lune Cable. To me once you use the lune cable, you will not go back to the lousy TF10 cable. Not to mention that the TF10 memory wire caused pain after long wearing hours

ES2 cable apparently sound nicer with SF5 den with TF10.
