Anybody got any tips to recommend? I use the Comply foam for 3-4 days and it's super dirty already. Haha. I can only blame myself for my oily (and disgusting) ear wax.

What about Sony Hybrid EarTips or Monster SuperTips?
I hear alot about the Sony ones, I assume I can just grab it off the shelves in a Sony boutique?

Or is it cheaper in places like Jaben or other dedicated audio stores?

EDIT: HAha nvm, saw another thread on the sony tips... :)

Not sure about you guys but it seems to me that the TF10's do improve after some time even though they are BA. Highs are smoother and soundstage opened a bit more. Or maybe it's just because my ears that has gotten used to it.

Status update - 2nd MO for Pelicans

As I've had some interest trickling in, thought I'ld help with a 2nd (and final) MO.
Again, it'll happen only if we can meet minimum of 6 orders.
Call for orders will close in 2 days >> 17 Dec, Friday at 6pm.

However, prices will be increased vs that of the 1st MO. Supplier is charging more as we just took a fair amount of stock off his hands. He refuses to budge. :s27:
In addition, as Christmas/New Year is drawing near (and I'm away from 25 Dec - 1 Jan), delivery for 2nd MO will be in January.

Important: note that cases will arrive in individual clear plastic bags with original Pelican tags. Source is reliable - I have a few cases from the same guy.

#1010 will be at SGD24.50 for black and SGD22 for other colours.
Available colours:
Black
Blue (low stocks!)
Red
Yellow (low stocks!)
Clear/black
Clear/yellow

#1030 will be at SGD35.50 for all colours. Availability, I will check upon request.

Please list your name if keen. Do consider carefully before signing up - I really do prefer to avoid withdrawals. To reiterate, this is not a profit-making venture.

Hi folks, an overdue update.
Went ahead with the 2nd MO upon confirmation from individual forum-mers on their order(s). There is an extra unit of #1010 clear/black if anyone is interested to get it.
This is the list:
1. PieceOfPaper #1030 clear/black
2. wenxing #1010 black
3. rage05 #1010 black
4. superjelly4311 #1010 clear/black
5. Liingx #1010 clear/black
6. EXTRA UNIT #1010 clear/black

ETA Singapore 1st week of January.
Will arrange for mass collection the same week.
Central location TBD.

Hi all, online tracking tells me that the package has been delivered to vpost USA.
Once details show up in my account, I'll arrange for shipment back to SIN asap.
Target to have the mass collection by the end of this week as I'll be away for the whole of next week, subject to vpost's efficiency.

:( it seems that triplefi isnt my type. maybe a silver cable can help it but i dun want to invest in that. will sell off mine as soon as i get it. i just went to jaben and auditioned a few iems. it seems i love clarity so i prefer my dba-02 to triplefi. the mustang made it even better! fa a1 wasnt bad too. se315 was around the same as a1 with more vocal emphasis and less/muffled bass than a1. everybody's ears are different though. gd luck with your triplefi. :D

I have my hands the hybrid cable from audiohub, a lune cable from last time and probably (if i choose to stuff it into the tf10) the ES cable and JH cable. Shall attempt to do a review on them, after running in the audiohub cable for the recommended 50hours first.

just hoot a TF10 from a guy in HWZ. I had never audition UE TF10 before except UE 220. I saw a gd and tempting price and just hoot nia.

I am IMPRESS with the SQ. I read that TF10 had fitting issues for some ppl, but when I tried it on with the silicon buds it fits okie. I took my monster super tips and slip it on, it felt a bit loose and the IEM tends to fall off (maybe due to the "cone and roundish shape of the buds". So i took my comply from my other IEM and tried it on. Woot, Perfect Fit!

and the sound blows me..... like some said, seems that TF10 is tune to be use with comply.

I am really impress with the sound, used to own Klipsch Custom 1, Beats Tours Controltalk, Atomic Floyd Hidef (still using).

Comparing to my Atomic Floyd I felt that AF is more fun to listen and the sound stage is wider. I felt TF10 is a bit tight. Both are different IEMs (single and triple drivers) but still i love them both.

Currently still looking and wondering if I should recable it as I dont know if it will make a big difference if I recable. i also dont use a portable amp to run my IEM as i find it too troublesome to tug one amp with my iphone.

My comp crashed and word document corrupted so full review unavailable.

Short version:

Audiohub Hybrid - Sound is more musical, is clearer and cleaner. Bass presence is increased and is tight and punchy. Mids are brought forward. Soundstage is similar to stock, but the highs extensions are more refined. Personally enjoyed pop and rock genres were enhanced with the cable.

Null Audio Lune - Sounds sterile, wide soundstage with extended, sparkling highs. Bass is tight and punchy but quantity is short of the hybrid. Mids somewhat the same as the stock cable.

Notes:

-Hybrid cable is at its V2 development stage.
-Louis of Audiohub told me that the default config of the Hybrid is biased towards the warmer side, I've requested mine to be on the silver-based side instead.
-Null Audio's price is more than 1.5times that of the Hybrid, but I personally think the price to performance ratio for the Hybrid is better than the Lune.
-The Hybrid cable is not as flexible and has more microphonics than the Lune, but the overall feel so far the Hybrid feels more solid at the plugs. Louis is still working on the IEM connectors itself at this point on the ways to reinforce it.

Initial impressions of the hybrid (pre-burn in stage):
Very dynamic and enjoyable for pop and rock genres. Only after burning in did the bass really shine. Vocals are comparably more forward than the stock.
