based on what i recall when I had a similar config, its a mix of the two: higher extensions, lower bass extensions. a wider soundstage

But doesn't go as high as a pure silver or as low as a pure copper config.

upon confirmation and payment, takes about 2 weeks to be shipped and made.
So it depends - note that now till december 26 shipping from china will be congested as the whole world is ordering from their factories to be sent out before x'mas.

When i was there last week, they even had to queue in hongkong just to get their tracking no.

Copper alone should be about $70. For the right-angled plug, cheapest should be SwitchCraft. Add another $5.

be careful when you use the ES8.
because it is not a snug fit and there is no guards at the side, the fit is not tight.

Plus you need to shave down the pins and glue it to your TF10.

I lost one side my SF5p because of that cable..zzz
As the main difference with ES8 and the stock UE cable was that it is much more flexible and comfortable to wear.
I can't remember much about the cable adding significant sonic qualities to it.

I'm not a fear monger but my heart still abit pain from that episode - i still remember where i lost it - vivocity going to sentosa last year during halloween.

i mean es8 cable, not es2. according to jaben they say es8 can fit triplefi exactly without shaving

Just a heads up to all. Once you tried using your tf10 or higher iems you'll forget how your stock apple buds or cheap earpiece used to sound.
I forgotten how my apple buds sounded like after I tried my tf10 and um3x

argh shouldnt have put my dba-02 inside the zip lock bag during such a humid day. after taking it out of the freezer, water started condensing on it. and i still cant get the tubing out. now putting my earphones with my d7000 and cx550 in the dry cabinet with silical gel.
