I see an option to activate new physical card in the app, but there's no new physical card in the mailbox... :s11:

My app shows an option to activate a new physical card, with last 4 digits showing. I don't know when it appeared there as I hardly touched the app since they stopped TnG update, but I checked the mailbox and there's nothing there. I'm wondering if I should request for a new card instead of waiting for this that I didn't ask for...

This is my app screen option.
The virtual card appeared automatically. Read from FB that only last six months usage of physical card then will auto appears for activation.

I believed that your New Physical card is on the way to you.
