Found CIMB SG whatsapp - they provide SGMY exchange rate on the whatsapp and also can set alert.. So when the rate hit your target it will whatsapp you.

can add +65 31589182

Can confirm, CIMB rate is poor before market open. RM3.28 around 8.20am, jump to RM3.30 around 9.30am.
