Can't transfer directly.
Need to transfer from CIMB SG to your own CIMB MY account, then transfer using CIMB MY Ibanking or CIMB MY ATM.

No charges for withdrawal.
But they charge RM 15 per annum for the debit card linked to the MY account.

Not sure about maximum.
Last time i tried withdrawing, it was limited to max RM1500 per withdrawal.

You can set the maximum withdrawing. If you have CIMB account, you may check it once you have registered and login to cimbclicks website.

Most ATMs in Malaysia are limited RM1500 per withdrawal.

CIMB direct funds transfer to Malaysia is giving 3.0104 now already.

I notice CIMB don't give "live" rates after office hours and on weekends/public holidays in Malaysia. Money changer rates are better during these times.

Quick update

This morning, the CIMB "live" rate is 3.0153.
