You better check bro. From what I know TNG e-wallet and physical card work separately. You can't use e-wallet to top up TNG card. TNG card only for toll, carpark etc.

Within the App, there is a "PayDirect" feature ... i think it shld work if I enable it .. so the toll can be deducted from eWallet if physical card not enuf

at least that is what the description says :p

Yes, the description can but card cannot, that’s why a lot of people complain about this. Only 1 type of TnG card can top up using e-wallet but limited.

I think he didn't mean to reload the TnG card, but rather to use the card for toll while the amount will be deducted from the eWallet if there's not enough funds (in the card). That's what I understand from the PayDirect feature too.

For easier TnG card reload, the NFC one will be more convenient, of course.

I don't drive either, but I got an NFC card from Shopee during the earlier days when the "convenience fees" were higher. I decided the card will be handy in case someone I get a ride with needs it for toll.

Meanwhile, I disabled PayDirect in case I lost the card unknowingly.

Yes. The problem with youtrip is cannot store. Rate depends on the day you’re using. That’s why many still exchange cash at money changers. What a pity.
