Don’t even need to close the account, they’ll automatically do the job for me at no charge! LOL

Bur seriously, I highly doubt icharge will close my account or any dormant account. Right now, my -$4.73 shows up as a positive asset on their balance chit, especially since they just got acquired SLIDE. It’s just a scare tactic to fool the few into actually topping up to keep their account active.
