good liao lo, along the custom come out there one stretch i see the shop all put 250 nia

If I am in a rush and didn't change while in Singapore, I go to the money changer in city square near the 7-11 or sports shop on the 2nd floor.
This shop can 'bargain'. Just ask him/her the exchange rate though the sign says 250. He/she will give you 252. Always work.
I think since 2 years back, all of them have a cartel agreement to charge/display the same rate.

Anyway, whole jb town will display the same rate 2.50...
but the exchange rate definitely is higher than the display....
Need to ask the money changer...
