Think arcade provides the highest rate, but marina fountain sometimes on par or slightly lower .

Above certain amt at money changer, sgd10k? , they already will need to inform the authorities... (this is by right)... money laudering purpose.

Just bring a $100k cheque to money changer to change. I think that is the best rate. If you change in bank, the rate is terrible.
