most likely will see 3 ringgit or more. The tip off is the msian banks at JB, if they accept fixed deposit at higher interest and bend rules to take your deposits urgently, they usually know something. they need shore up their banking reserves

What did you mean by "tip off", 'bend rule", "know something" and "shore up"?
