Yeah. But West area if you want good rates can try the small money changer at Beauty World. If you change alot, he will give private rates. A very small money changer.

Sg exchange will also pull down the rate during weekend, fri sat and sun. So best not to change at this time.

Normally I would change wed or thur ...
once hit friday, so far based on my experience, the rates didnt seem as good

Yes, unless you change in thousand if not no big different. If you change in thousand, most exchanger will also give you better rate.

You should try sg exchanger.
I change 2.7K to thai baht, got slightly better rate.

I usually change at Woodlands Centre. There are quite a few money changers. Change more, they automatically give me better rates.
