Withdrawing from ATM now gets better rate than money exchanger?

Maybe for this moment. Most money changer control the rate compare with market rate. But bank remain follow the up/down rate.

Dont forget to apply with bank for oversea withdrawn.

I guess the rate will be better after CNY, interbank is about 2.5 now.

After the current high demand drop, the rate will go up provided the interbank rate is remain no change.

Posb and dbs got admin fee for overseas withdrawal ma... Further more maybank gives better my rate and better interest than dbs.

primary purpose is to be able to withdraw money in malaysia ATM.
CIMB has no admin fee right.
