Hi, I don't know the name of the money charger. It is located at Woodlands Centre just below the hawker centre. This money charger is operated by a auntie which is facing the carpark. It shared with another money charger and her shop is at the right hand side, a small little counter.

Got it at 2.475 from Arcade at Raffles Place. The queue for 2.477 rate was very long.

a few guys change a few k and me also a few k then sold out of ringgits
no wonder ringgits cannot rise to 250.
