Last night change at toa payoh central 297.5 only .

if can just keep yr money above $3k most of the money changer can bargain higher if u change $3k above

so guys just bargain some if 0.005 higher if change $3k u get RM15 more can eat a full course meal in johor...
just say "can give me higher rate" then u get 1 set full course meal free in johor..
for me quite a bargain...
