You wrote it would rise to 3.2 in Aug 2015? OK, but did you mention by when? Do not forget that between Aug 2015 and today, the exchange rate dropped a few times to 2.8+.

I can write: "Business XYZ will definitely move out of Singapore or close shop". No deadline is given. 30 years later when Business XYZ leaves Singapore or close shop, I will be able brag about it, saying I saw it coming 30 years ago

So, mind sharing by when the exchange rate will hit 3.2? I will be so grateful.
