Sorry to be off-topic, but anyone knows what time money changer shops open at Arcade? Any particular money changer there you would recommend? :)

11am all will be opened

no particulcar....just walk ard see rate on board over there
long q does not mean good rate...all depend what currency u changing

This reminds me of the money changers at People's Park. The shop nearest to the main door always has long queue. When I peeped at the displayed rates, they were about the same as the other money changers there.

It's a little strange why this shop has queue of over 20-30 people when the rest are empty. Could it be that the displayed rates are, well, just for display, and they give better rates when you do the actual buying? I don't know, because I could not be bothered to queue that long and I didn't change that much money anyway.

because they speak chinese. You will not see Malay or Indian queueing there.
